service good. I will not buy another car there. My car is 6 years old and paid for. Sales people have been bugging me for over a year to have me trade it in. Why would I want a car payment when I have a good car and works well.
Did not have a great experience with Cory. He was not able to answer my questions, or refused to answer my questions. Once AJ worked with me, it all went fine. AJ is great and is the person I've dealt with for years. Cory has a lot of learning to do about customer service and how to talk to customers. Luckily AJ stepped in and took care of me, otherwise, I might have decided to stop bringing my car to Rick Hendrick for service.
My salesperson showed amazing patience. Letting go of our trade-in was a hard, emotional decision, but he didn’t pressure us at. He respected our feelings and took his time to present us with a great deal that we couldn’t resist. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal and a sales team who cares.
First, let me tell you that the advisor (Kimberly Brisbin) was excellent. She went above and beyond to help me. The Service technician was also excellent. But, one thing that I am upset about was that I had to pay for new Fog Lamp bulbs. I purchased my 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 (Sept 2016) and I have been keeping my truck serviced with you since that purchase. I had my State inspection done by you last September 2017 and the truck passed the State inspection. This year it did not pass. The Service technician told me that I have LED bulbs and I needed to have Halogen bulbs. So, for me to pass the State inspection I had to remove the LED bulbs that came with the truck when I purchased it. I bought this truck based on the look and the lighting. This is not acceptable!!! Someone needs to check your records and see who sign off on this truck and see what happened. I was planning on purchasing a new truck, but right now I have changed my mind.
