First of all I was giving a wrong quote over the phone which I had to pay $40.00 more for the part and service. I was very disappointed because my misquote fee wasn't honored, I was told that the customer service department gives wrong quotes all the time! I didn't have to wait long for service, so I was pleased with that. But I wouldn't want my family and friends to experience what I experienced!
I was promised one price when the appointment was made and charged another price when I picked the vehicle up. Apparently my truck suddenly needs thousands of dollars at work when previous oil changes nothing was recommended. I also own a F250 that gets serviced at a Ford dealership and the Ford dealership reports all maintenance to carfax. When I asked why Rick hendrick didn’t do that I was offered no explanation.
Matt thoroughly answered every question i had. my adviser was out & matt took very good care of me! matt made sure my concerns on my vehicle were taken care of without any issues. i recommend matt 10/10 as well as the entire service department.
My advisor, David Swanson, explained the problem clearly and I was taken care of in a timely and courteous manner. I only wish there were a good solution to my ageing car's problem...other than buying a new vehicle. :)
Was great as usual. But, my check engine light was on prior to service. I had oil changed, fluids topped off, tires roatated and blanced and state inspection done. When I picked up my car, the check engine light was off so I thought the problem was fixed. One day after, my check engine light came back on.
