Dropped my truck off for oil change. Appointment was for 8 am. Was told at noon that they were looking at it then. Arrived at 4pm and the truck was not done. 8 hours for a oil change with a appointment at 8 am. Unsatisfacfied with the service. If I did not have 3 more oil changes on my plan I would think about not going back.
I went in with a check engine light that was connected to an oil leak. The repair was covered under my Power Train warranty and was able to be done same day. I was assigned to service advisor Shane McIntyre who provided excellent customer service. As soon as the problem was diagnosed, Shane let me know and kept me apprised until the repair was complete. This is my 2nd customer service experience with the Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Norfolk team and it was as equally awesome as the first which took place late last year. I would definitely recommend this dealership to a fried, family member, and/or colleague.
I had a great experience with the purchase of my new car I was a little worried at first with my old car being a total loss but Vishan Ramnauth made the process of me getting into a new car at ease.I really appreciate all that he helped me with through this process.
